New patients:
a 60-minute initial consultation and treatment plan that includes a full history review, a medication review, and a personalized care plan. One-time initial fee: $500.
Ongoing members:
a $250 per month membership covering follow-up visits (typically every 6 to 12 weeks), monitoring, adjustments, prescription management, and direct messaging with Dr. Twist.

No referral is needed. Any woman located in Montana can request an appointment directly and begin care without waiting on a referral from another provider or clinic.
