Clinical Collaboration

Wild Women Medicine is built to be a collaborative partner, not a one-way handoff. Dr. Twist communicates with referring providers and supports care coordination, and she can provide visit summaries or notes with patient authorization. If a patient needs in-person evaluation or a procedure, she will help coordinate an appropriate referral back to local care, and she can share visit summaries or notes with your authorization through Hint Health secure messaging.

How to Refer a Patient

The process is simple:

Discuss the referral with your patient.

Your patient books directly through the Wild Women Medicine patient portal. No formal referral form is required.

Dr. Twist conducts the initial evaluation and coordinates with you as clinically appropriate.

Accepting New Patients

Dr. Twist is currently accepting new patients across Montana. Wild Women Medicine is a membership practice: a $500 initial consultation and treatment plan, then $250 per month, so you may wish to let patients know the pricing model in advance. Patient-facing detail is on the membership page.
